Child Safety Standards

Gamers Lounge is a social LFG app for gamers (looking for teammates, friends, and chat). We are committed to protecting minors and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
1. Age eligibility
Gamers Lounge is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the service. Accounts that appear to belong to underage users may be restricted or removed.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not create, upload, share, request, or link to any content that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors
- Grooming, exploitation, or solicitation of minors
- Any illegal sexual content involving children
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.
3. In-app reporting
Users can report safety concerns from within the app (including reports related to abusive behavior or child-safety issues). Reports are reviewed by our team as quickly as reasonably possible.
4. Moderation and enforcement
- We review user reports and may remove content or disable accounts
- We may preserve relevant records as needed for safety, legal, or compliance reasons
- Repeat or severe violations lead to permanent bans
5. Reporting to authorities
Where required by law, and when we become aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we will report to the appropriate regional or national authorities / designated agencies (for example, NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable) and cooperate with lawful investigations.
